FAQs
What is your process for delivery?
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, usually between 1:00-3:00pm. We will text your receipt total and approx. delivery time on the day of your delivery. Orders are delivered in the order they are received. Deliveries can take up to 4 days from the time you submit. To ensure delivery a certain week, make sure to email it to us by 5:00pm on Sunday.
Is there a limit on certain products?
Yes, due to COVID-19 limitations, there is currently a limit of one per person on items like Toilet Paper, hand sanitizer, etc. These items may also be out of stock and will have a delay. We will give you an approximate availability date.
Why do we offer this service?
Michael Wilcsek started this delivery service in 2008 when he began commuting from his home in Walla Walla to his job at Costco in Kennewick, WA. He saw a need to help others save the trip and so it began!
Do you take online payments?
Sorry, we don't take payments online. We can only take payments in person upon delivery, via Cash or Check. Or for your convenience, we now accept Debit or Credit Cards (all cards accepted). A 4% service charge will be added for credit card payments.
Can you deliver Frozen or Cold items?
Yes, we have a cooler to keep all your cold items cold.
Do you deliver large items like furniture?
Yes. It may depend on how large and limited to what our truck can hold.
